Customer Relations Representative

Main responsibilities:

* Respond to customer requests over the phone;
* Provide customers with product & service information;
* Identify research and provide solutions for customer issues using the related computer system.

Experience and knowledge required:

* University graduated;
* Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications;
* Client orientation is essential, excellent communication and negotiation skills;
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends;
* Fluent in Romanian, Russian and English.
