Main responsibilities:

•Involvement in and organization of HR processes
Experience and knowledge required:

•University graduated, preferably psychology, sociology, economics;
•At least 2 years of proven experience in HR area;
•Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills;
•Strong attention to details, flexibility to manage multiple priorities;
•Strong analytical and project management skills;
•Proficiency in Romanian, Russian and English is a must.
