Full Job Description

Facebook is seeking analysts to join our User Operations team. Analysts are responsible for maintaining user safety, engagement, and site understanding by responding to email inquiries and abuse reports. Additionally, this position is responsible for understanding, analyzing, and communicating patterns in user behaviour to the rest of the company

Education/language/expericence requirements
Fluency in written and conversational English and Arabic/Dutch/Polish/Portuguese/ Russian Excellent written and verbal communication skills
BA/BS degree from a leading academic institution
Flexibility to take on multiple tasks
Extremely reliable, consistent, and hard-working
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Deep understanding of Facebook preferred
